While I certainly admire your gusto, sadly it isn't a question of opinion, but of math.
A 100% lvl40 machamp will still take 382 seconds on a snorlax. Between two of you you only have 360 seconds, and that"s assuming no lag. While you're energy will go up a bit faster because the boss will be using his charge move more i can't see that being able to cut more than the 22 seconds you need.

Hello, I wrote here yesterday about lapras in 2 people,
today we tried snorlax in 2,
Someone wrote me that its impossible and harder to take down snorlax than lapras... What do you think? I have group of 3 100IV machamps, 1 96IV, 1 93IV, 1 91IV, all of them have counter/dynamic punch except 91IV (he has karate chop) and all of them have 15 IV attack (except 93IV - he has 13)
My friend has IVs - 98 (Att 15), 98 (Att 15), 93 (Att 15), 93 (Att 14) ,89 (Att 14), 76 (Att 14) but the last one (76) is on lvl 30, all of them have counter/dynamic punch, So what is your opinion?

Im just asking if is it possible, of course we have video of these raids, i can send it to you, are you really interested about it? I dont think so... i just cant take that its not possible and iam looking for someone who tells me "yes man! Its possible, try it again!!" :D
No i need to know when I powerup my another 98 iv att 15 machamp if there is going to be a some difference, for my friend the same , if he change his last shitty machamp for better one and poweup him max , if its just not a waste of a precious dust :) btw. sorry for my english
