Slowbro and Exeggutor question

Question #1.) I have a Slowbro sitting at level 32 that has Confusion/Ice beam that I usually throw in gyms. Psychic type mons aren’t a issue for me right now but would I be better off useing a tm on it to get a double psychic moveset on it or should I just leave it the way it is in case the gym meta becomes relevant again?

Question #2.) Exeggutor I have a decent army of but only have 3 as of right now sitting at level 32. I know Bullet Seed is the more preferable quick move since exeggutor is one of the best grass types in the game right now but I want to have each quick move in case some of them become legacy again. I have two other Exeggutors I will probably power up in the future that have BS/SB and BS/SoB.
My question is how good is Bullet Seed compared to its other psychic quick moves? I get it benefits stab and energy gain but besides that I don’t see that big of a difference.
Also I have two zen headbutt ones and 3 Confusion ones, 1 of each are at level 32 and one of the Confusion ones are pretty bad iv wise (75.6%). Now I know the Confusion ones are a no brainer to keep them as is, but with the Zen Headbutt ones would I be better off tming one of them to get another quick move or just leave it as is? (I would most likely keep one with it so I have one of each quick move like I stated before and in case they decide to buff it in the future.)

1. Just leave it the way it is, because it's not worth a charge TM. What would be the benefit of a Slowbro with Psychic as a charge move, it's a weak attacker so having 2 moves with type synergy isn't important.

Even if it was the other way around and it had Confusion + Psychic it still wouldn't be worth trying for Ice Beam because defending is almost meaningless nowadays.

2. In a neutral setting, Confusion is the best. In a situation where Bullet Seed is super effective, it and Confusion are on par with each other, and both are ahead of Extrasensory. Where Bullet Seed is double super effective, obviously it is the best quick move by far.

All of Exeggutor's quick moves get STAB so what differentiates Bullet Seed from the rest is it's typing.

Currently Zen Headbutt is the least useful move, it's basically a worse Extrasensory, but it could be possible that it gets changed in the future. After all, Confusion used to be the least desired move and now it's the most desired. Personally I'd keep it until moves do get changed, and if they don't, or Zen Headbutt is still worse, then I would consider TMing it.

Thats a good bro . dont touch him.

Double grass moves are better for attack. Dont bother changing it either.

TM ZH to something else, don't bother with others.

I was trying to make the same decision about ZH Exeggutor. My two best Exeggutors were both Zen Headbutt/Solar Beam that I powered up before that became legacy, and it made me very reluctant to change them. Eventually I figured that since it had been months since I used both of them at the same time, and was frequently scrolling down to weaker ones with double grass, there was no good reason to keep them both like that, so I finally decided to TM away Zen Headbutt on one of them and keep it on the other.

Before the Gen2 update, Psychic was the most desirable charge move for a lot of defensive pokemon. Gen2 had two major changes though:
- First, Psychic was nerfed hard by doubling its energy cost from a two-bar move to a one-bar move.
- Maybe more importantly though, Tyranitar, Houndoom, and Scizor have been introduced which resist psychic moves and deal super damage back, where as in Gen1 only other psychic pokemon resisted psychic moves. Later the type effectiveness multipliers were increased from 1.25 to 1.4 so more than before mixed type movesets are generally better for defense for broader type coverage.
