i asked different slowbro question earlier lol
but im also curious about this one too, happy someone asked it

i would personally go ice beam
- spams it more often (higher dodge fail chance)
- super effective vs grass (which also super vs slowbro)

but curious for counter arguments, if anyone has

I just evolved one of my stronger slowpokes and it got water pulse, pretty disappointed.. Ice Beam is definitely better.

I actually say Ice Beam is the best because Dragonite has a double weakness to ice.
