Skarmory91%IV (DOPE OR NOPE)

Few days back I caught a Skarmory with 91%IV
Should I power it up or not. In another website I read that Skarmory's resistance got nerfed and now its not good as before in battle its purpose is just limited to the pokedex entry
what should I do ??
also what is the best attack set for skarmory ?
mine is steel wing(quick move) and flash cannon(charge move)

A big fat Nope. And I have no idea what it's best moveset is off the top of my head.

Best use I ever had for for Skarmory used to be using Air Slash/Sky Attack to prestige against Exeggutor. Now that there is no more training at allied gyms, it is out classed by other pokemon for attacking Exeggutor.

Best moveset is Steel Wing/Sky Attack for neutral targets. Air Slash/Sky Attack for a flying type attacker.
No, I didn't check any website.

Also, a very funny incident: a Skarmory appeared at my house last week, and I thought I saw a wild Lugia!

What level are you? You're seriously asking about a Skamory? They're crap.

Best attack set for Skamory? I don't know. I wouldn't know as it's never going to be the best attacker for anything ever.
