Unexpectedly difficult. Did no research before. Chose my best fire and electric. Used my Sinnoh stone for Rhypherior so no Electivire, but hard to believe that it’s considered better than Raikou with marginally better DPS and a lot less TDO. Might be because DPS is the limiting factor, took it down with exactly 5 pokémons with 0-1 sec left. Team below, all level 30.5, except Charizard at level 35.

Thank you for the useful information. I've been holding off fighting one, didn't want to freeze my ass of for nothing. Also holding off with powering up an additional Raikou, but this has convinced me to do so. As I have been lacking the last few days with a researche quest, I'm not anywhere near a stone yet for Electivire and I've still got 200+ Raikou candies from back in the days.

Overheat on Moltres specially on sunny weather would have saved you some time for sure, but as you said, DPS is king in raids.
I remember the Onix solo was "difficult" in neutral weather and Claydol was impossible for me without sunny weather not because i wiped out but because the time ran out.
Electrivire is my next sinnoh stone evolution for sure, since i lack the rare candy to power up more Raikou atm
