Sinnoh Stone chances and the New Release of Evolutions

According to their Twitter yes, 5 stones are guaranteed the day of the event from trainer battles. I don't think AI battles are included here, but we'll see how it pans out for Europe to know for sure. If they do more stone-based community days I'd bet they would make at least 5 available again so everyone gets multiple chances at evolving one.

An aside, that's some bum luck. My most recent stones have come from a loss and training. A training session against Blanche actually gave me a stone and a rare candy.

I just do master League battles with my girlfriend regularly. The loser seems to get the stone more often, but I've gotten on both wins and losses.

Seem to get better results if challenging locally (scanning code) than remotely from friends tab, but that may also just be my luck.

Otherwise just keep trying. You'll get a lucky streak eventually.

I’m not lucky in anything else in those game, but i do get a lot of sinoh stones. I’ve used around 25 and still have another 24 remaining

Seems to be no pattern in the awarding of SS, i get them for losing PvP as often as winning. My son was getting them often via Trainer Battles, 2x a week, but I was only getting one every 2 weeks or so. However my luck has changed and getting more now and he has cooled down. Thus reversion to the mean?
