Sinnoh Stone?

Not trying to be mrEx77 here, but is this Sinnoh thing a bug? Got a bit of Stardust, some more balls to dump, and no stone. And a slap in the face later, the mon is a 11/12/10 Suicune.

The sinnoh stone's been demoted to a 20% chance. Dont think you're being anything like mrEX, it is a reasonable question to be asking.
Might wanna hold onto the suicune, could be good in PvP, iv's matter substantially less, in fact lower iv's might actually be better in some cases.

And Suicune might have low enough IVs to be allowed in the CP 1500 league. That's another great reason to save your Field research breakthroughs - they might be ready to play with minimal powering up, or if they are just over 1500 CP, trade them like for like and hope the CP goes down.
