Should Raikou be considered a "Supreme" attacker into Vaporean?

Gamepress does not list Raikou on its page ranking attackers of a Vaporean Level 3 Raid Boss. My estimation is that Raikou with TS/WC should be "Supreme". What is your view?

I think so. Monstrous damage output with good survivability.
Raikou’s TS/WC with x1.4 Effectiveness beats every generalist including Mewtwo. If we have Raikou first I think we could have tri-loed Suicune!
The challenge of T3 Solo is time - you need to maximize the DPS. Also don’t die 6 members before times run out. Raikou fits the criteria perfectly.

Bioweapon - I never forget my legal fees entirely, but sometimes I fail to remember them precisely. On the strength of your advice, I think I will power my Raikou up a bit. In any event, I deem your debt to me paid by your most excellent advice! (For all of you who are clueless as to the foregoing, I am a lawyer and, long ago, as in Gen 1, I think, I opined to Bioweapon on the meaning of Niantic's terms and conditions, in what I somewhat recollect (and flatter myself to believe) to have been a fairly humorous post, though both my memory and my sense of humor are debatable questions. Of course, I claimed entitlement to a fee. And now he has paid.)

I would say since only a 1/3rd of the regions have had it long enough to have found one good enough to power up, an okay omission. Pokebattler gets mentioned 150 times a day...well here's another...all level 20s at 100% takes about 189 secs. All Dragonites level 30 at 100% 183 sec

i've got 2 95% from 20 raids in aus (just over a week + a 15/15/12). powered both to 95% it rocks. also look on pokebattler it is hands down the most potent attacker.

I'm in Texas, I caught 25 of them--have a 15/12/15 to level 30. Have a 14/15/14 so far to level 25. Before I had my first Raikou ready I had Mewtwo at 30 and a 96% Zapdos at 32 to go along with two 2550 C/SoB against Vaporeon. Just in little gym battles I'm seeing how quick Raikou TS/WC is relative to Zapdos

Because the article was written before Raikou was released and we haven't updated it.

Soloing tier 3s are 100% contrived user objectives. We shouldn't expect up to the week graphic charts on old things. I have 1350 eevee candy...the only thing compelling me to a Vaporeon raid is boredom. If I'm that bored, it should be on me to take a trip to pokebattler

Devshaw - Yes, they are 100% contrived user objectives. And very good contrivances, indeed! Soloing tier 3 raid bosses is, in my opinion, the most worthy objective in the game as it currently stands. Gym battles are easy, but fun. I have all the pokemons, except Unown and the regionals. I can beat any Blissey. I can get 50 coins a day and have done, without fail, since July 5. I am leveling up at a good rate. I have a lot of gold badge gyms. The only thing really hard is soloing tier 3 raid bosses. (And maybe lucking out on getting a Mew Two raid invite.) So soloing tier 3 raid bosses is what I am trying to do. A very good contrivance. And I am having a blast trying to do it.

Dondon - I somewhat disagree. The Raid Boss Counters page is not an article. It is a current listing of capabilities (but less current, perhaps, than expected by your audience). (The "Attackers Tier List Updated - Legendary Beasts Edition" is an article.) You list Zapdos, but not Raikou, as a Supreme Counter to Vaporean on the Raid Boss Counters page, which is perceived to be a current listing, but apparently is not. To keep your site current you should update the Raid Boss Counters page in (more or less) real time, in my opinion. Otherwise it is misleading since it states no date as to how current it is. I do appreciate all this site does for us players and have been happy to contribute to you.
