Should I wait until Pokemon Day for Pidgey Spam?

I have my last, LV25 lucky egg - won't get another until LV30, which will be awhile.

I have 77 Pokemon in a queue to be evolved, taking up about 1/3 of my pokemon storage, so I'm ready for another pidgey spam run.

Should I hold off until Pokemon Day in the hope there will be some surprise bonus that will help (like the Valentine double candy)?

Pokémon day is less than 24 hours away. I would wait for an official announcement on the event. Anyways, you won't get much by rushing an evolution spree.

You will miss nothing by waiting...but you may miss an opportunity if you go ahead now.

I doubt we'll get any surprise bonus stuff, but you might as well hold off.

I was going to evolve about 100 but will wait.
