Should I use all my stardust to max out?
I hatched a 100iv dratini but it would take all my stardust to max out. Is it a good investment with Salamance right around the corner?
I do have 3 dragonites already.
1. Cp 3239 68% 3/15/13
2. Cp 2520 86% 15/13/11
3. Cp 2698 95% (in gym so I can't see stats)

If you have the candy already, you could evolve it now and see what moves you get in case Dragon Tail, Hurricane, or Outrage is removed from Dragonite's available move pool with the Gen3 release. You can wait to power up after we see Salamance's available moves. Salamance does have a little higher attack, but much lower defense so I don't think it will completely invalidate Dragonite.
i had this conondrum earlier. i actually have two perfect dragonites. one with dt/h and the other with dt/o. since i have a dt/o and two db/dc maxed to level 40, i decided to max out the dt/h one for now. i had 800k dust at the time, creeping back up to 700 now. i had over a million dust before that, but used up so much dust to get all my mons from 39-40 after the update (i powered up tons of mon including zapdos and raikou). i dont regret it and will look to maxing out my dt/o one somewhere down the road, but probably not for awhile since i intend to max out other legenderies that i havent yet (moltres, ho-oh, lugia and whenever i get my hands on a a mewtwo).
in your situation (and this is what i make myself do), i always want to have 500k dust no matter what. so maybe save up to 700k dust and then do it. i just dont like the feeling of having no dust.
