Should I power tho this exact Dragonite up?

its the greatest legacy moveset of all time. if it has 15att at the very least i would power that whore up

I'd power it up at least to level 30. My best Dragonite is a DB/DC one which i powered up till 3326CP. Its the best moveset for dodging and you can spam a DC very quickly after 6/7 DB.

It's already at a good CP. Power it to L30.

I powered a 40 IV one (15/2/1) from 747 CP to 2916. That thing has got me through so many battles with ease. Even today I use it a lot, more than my DT/OR and DT/H dragons.

Assuming you are level 34 and/or the 62 in its name is the IV percentage, then its IVs are 9a/9d/10s. Not great, but still decent.

Before you invest in it, you can experiment with using it to attack partially demotivated gyms. Using it on your second pass through a gym would probably give you a pretty good feel for how it might handle later if it were powered up. And other than the most tanky defenders, it should probably already be good enough to shred through a gym on your third pass.

To answer the original question -

NO, I would wait and evolve another Dragonite. I think this is actually a very obvious answer so I'm surprised everyone wants him to power up.

I'm not saying that because of the IVs. The IVs aren't horrible so I don't think it is a mistake to power up this Dragonite.

But, this Dragonite already has a pretty high CP...he's a good attacker...might as well try to get a good Dratini and get a 2nd Dragonite. And DT/OR is better than DB/DC anyway, so with TMs you can get this better moveset even if you don't get lucky at first.

(BTW, you don't have enough stardust to power up anyway.....)

I would - great moveset, I keep mine maxed out (currently 37.5) although her IV's are only 38%. You won't regret it.
