Should I power up my Ditto?

I'd just save it for breeding, no real need to power it up.

Unless you plan on using it in battle frequently, leave it. Spend dust on things you use all the time.

It's very rare a ditto with this iv, in my case i spend little dust on pokemons that i like, but step by step, i never invest too much dust in a row.

See this ditto like a long time project ;) (i have the same project haha but my ditto is 89 % iv)

got one with 95 IV but level 1 ?
