Should I power this Exeggutor up or go for another?

CP 1633 with Confusion/Solar Beam (77% IVs for anyone wondering), grade A on Defense but I don't think I will use it for that and B on Attack.

I have enough candies to evolve another but would need to find one good enough to evolve.

Hold on to it. IV's aren't good enough at that CP to warrant the investment. I only power up exes with <82% IV's when their CP is already close to or over 2000. You'll find stronger ones. be patient and you won't regret it.

Then you're here like me, ~170 Exeggcute candies, ~270 Poliwag candies, ~330 Squirtle candies, ~370 Clefairy candies and ~440 Nidoran♂ candies. But yeah, it isn't worth it powering up pokemons <80%.

It depends on what level you are and if you have a good counter for Water types already. As an attacker, it is probably going to be good enough at its current CP until you find one with better IVs.

Dont power up that dude, you will get 2400's exeggutor just evolving 900 eggs, so its not worth, and its 77% not even high :D
