My second Dragonite(IV 91) has Steel wing/ hyperbeam and now is at 2200 Cp. Not really a good moveset. Stardust is not a problem but i have only 32 candies. Should i power up him or wait for another one? My first Dragonite is already maxed and has Dragon tail/ hyper beam. I need a difender with high Cp. According to the tier list the only other pokemon i could obtain in few days is Tyranitar(Larvitar 95 IV as buddy and 118 candies at the moment)
If dust is an issue wait on that Tyranitar. Is the CP cutoff where you are that crazy? There are a lot of Dragonite movesets that are kind of underrated on D but that isn't one. Are you able to catch them? Do you hatch eggs at a decent rate? Etc....
I think you may regret it. JMO
There are other high CP mons like Gyrados who are toothless defenders but do not cost you a possible top level attacker by evolving.
