Should Gym's hyerarchy be changed?
Bigger CP go first!
I think they should change this! Frist to come should be on top, then second to enter should be second on top.
Do you feel this would be more fair?

lower level players can't even take down gyms anyway. all they can do is train friendly gyms, which means pokemon are already in the gym which means they won't be first in.
pokemon level solves the issue of pokemon that have good defending ability but lower CP being put at the bottom of gyms just because of the way cp is calculated, favouring pokemon with higher attack.
e.g. poliwrath, wigglytuff, clefable, slowbro
lower level players already have motivation to level up which would allow them to place their stuff in gyms,and thats because of pokecoins
I totally agree that they have to change anything.
In my opinion the players have to work to be the gym leader. When you are putting in ur mon in the gym you are sitting on the lowest slot. But you can battle the mon sitting on the slot above. If you win the battle you are climbing a place in the tower and you can fight again with the mon above. If you won all the battles you are the gym leader.
I think it would make it more competitive. If u want to stay in the gym you have to invest time and go back to the gym. It will also make it more variety what I'll miss the most now.
Is this maybe a realistic system? Input or some changes are welcome for sure!

I would rather see people's avatar's and level at gym and click them and battle a team of 6 they have selected. Blues fight to be top blues, reds fight to be top reds. Not team vs team. I just want 6v6 strategic fights damnit. With a records system win/lost.
If you wanted to be the leader of a particular gym you would have to invest all your good team into that gym.
I don't know if this makes sense I don't want to make a wall of text.
