Shoukd I power up this Gengar to level 30?
I just evolved this Gengar from a Gastly that I was holding on to since forever. I was waiting for better ghost moves but since the TM's were introduced, I finally decided to take a gamble and evolve the Gastly. Below is the moveset that I got. Is he worth powering up to level 30? I already got a SC/Shadow Ball legacy Gengar to level 30. Is this guy as good -/ that one?
(I do have a legacy SC/Sludge Bomb Gengar, but don't to use a TM at the moment)

Gengar is useful against Alakazam to get enough damage if solo raiding. Gengar is weak to Alakazam's psychic attacks but damage is usually what you lack in solo raids, not HP, unless you bring 6 Gengars or something.
A few Gengars for damage should do enough damage to give you breathing room to then finish Alakazam off with weaker but more survivable attackers that don't die to one charge move.
So while you do have SC/SB which is the better moveset, another Gengar can still be useful for more damage in the same way that having more than 1 Machamp is useful for Tyranitar raids.
