Shiny Lugia caught yesterday in NYC

nice, I think shinny rate was higher on first day, some people got 3 shinny in one day. I started playing a day later and still no shinny lugia after 20+ raids

Was it at UWS Community Garden?

Hell yes with those IVs

I don't think the relatively high rate of shinies has changed since Lugia came back. In the last 4 raids I did this week (ranging from 8-14 trainers), someone got a shiny in each. (Only one person got a non-shiny 100% IV in those, to contrast the rareness.)
