Shinx possibly now available in the wild?

Just caught a wild Buizel about an hour ago, so wondering if Shinx might also start showing up.

Buizel has been a rare wild catch for a couple of weeks or so. I've not seen any reports of wild Shinx.

Buizel has been available in the wild since release, they're just uncommon. Same for its evolution, except even more uncommon. Shinx has yet to be spotted in the wild.

Shinx did appear, but in raids. It was gone for 24 hours (not sure why, maybe cause Niantic is being weird these days).

Maybe they should just have every raid boss ever be there all at the same time, so you really have no clue what that Tier 2 will hatch into.

I would actually be for more mons in tier 1 and 2 raids. Any one over level 20 can solo them easily regardless (aside from cloyster) of what it is so planning and strategizing is not needed.

Shinx was gone from raids for one day, and is now back in raids today.
