It was a level 3 ganger and 3 attackers including myself. It wasn't hard, but kind of laggy. i got a Fast move TM.
I spent 7 of 11 prime ball to catch 66-80 iv ganger. The first guy got a 82 iv+, and we got different moveset. If i know it is below 80, I wouldn't even waste those precious balls.

The premier ball would disappear along with the raid boss if you fled.

No, you lose them after the raid regardless. You also lose free pass once used even if you flee
