Shadow Ban Account Usage Question

Most of my family was just recently shadow banned. No third party apps but we did share devices. Is it safe to continue playing with the hope that it will eventually be lifted or should we all stay off the accounts for two weeks?

Not an expert on the subject but based on what I've read on the TSR sub, I'd recommend putting an end to the device-sharing - at least for now. Don't think there's any issue with continuing to play, just try to avoid sharing devices.

Yeah, as long as you stop doing whatever you think might have caused the shadow ban, you should be safe to continue playing. If you have used any IV checkers in the past that used your login info, it might be worth changing your passwords.
