Seems like Ice Punch isn't a legacy move on Hitmonchan

I just caught one right now with Ice Punch. Prior to the moveset update Hitmonchan had 4 charge moves, 3 elemental punches and Brick Break, plus it wouldn't really make much sense to remove only one elemental punch, when that's Hitmonchan's theme.
