Along with Golbat, Onix, and Chansey, we might not expect them to be updated because they are no longer at their highest available evolution.
I feel like I say this about once a week, but it would be good if GP simply made a note about this on the relevant pages (or removed the old rankings) in order to avoid confusion and uncertainty.
