Scyther to Scizor 91%

Bullet Punch/Iron Head is the moveset you want. Bug moves got cucked in the latest rebalance. I wouldn't power it up tbh; just hope for Niantic to add TMs.

I'd want two steel moves, however on paper yours looks much better than my BP/NightSlash and might be quite usable.

Try it out as is, but I'd hold off powering up until we've got more feedback on real play scenarios. Stats don't tell the whole story.

X scissor isn't bad, it's got a really short cooldown now, but you'd rather have two moves of the same type or have the same type advantage so that both are super effective in situations, so therefore you'd want iron head, since fury cutter sucks and bullet punch doesn't, plus iron head also has a pretty low cooldown.

Scizor is a joke - not worth stardust regardless of moveset.

BP/XS barely eeks out BP/IH in DPS.

With BP you can attack, attack, dodge
and with XS you can use three in a row without waiting.

Some people want dual steel moves, I prefer STAB moves of each type especially since it's hard to get. You have the highest DPS moveset and the only weakness Scizor has is fire. Have fun wrecking literally anything weak to steel or bug.
