Scyther question
I was farming Scythers at a small nest. All the Scythers I caught were high level but low IV.
This is the best one I caught there were better IV ones but with low attack IV. Attack IV is very important for low base power moves like Scizor's Fury Cutter.
IVs are ADS
CP 1547 IV67 (15/07/08)
I'm not OCD about overall IVs, I'm only OCD about attack IV.
Should I evolve this one and use TMs if necessary?

If you have resources and if that's what you really want - you can power him up. However - I would advise against it.
I powered up mine to the 30 level and that was somewhat unnecessary since from that moment I got three good Tyranitars and Houndoom. I see Scizor as optional filler for Mewtwo and that's about it.
I have an almost identical Scizor (15/7/9) caught at a higher level. I brought it up to level 31.5 to hit a breakpoint against Mewtwo. I also only have 3 powered up Tyranitars. He's pretty awesome against Exeggutor and with a bit more practice I expect I can 1 v. 1 solo Exeggutor with my Scizor. Otherwise, he still has a strong role against alakazam and mewtwo. I would consider maxing him of his ivs we're higher.
