Both moves are very fast, really fun to attack with him, also easy to dodge attacks.
Scizor is also my favorite Pokemon in Gen 2.

If Its a fav just do it. I have wasted around 500k stardust on vileplumes because i like the that Pokémon.

Never used vileplume except when battling for fun so im still happy. I've got a 3000 CP wonder snorlax and blissey with perfect movesets but for me Its a Game and without beeing "unlogical' in the Game the Game would be boring :).

What can i do, i like vileplumes. ?

Do it! I powered up a B/DP Poliwrath and C/CC Machamp cuz why not? There's only so many defenders you can power up and so many attackers to around level 30.
