What's better for scizor, having double bug or double steel movesets? I have one with 97.8 IVs that I'm considering powering up, but it's current moveset is bullet punch and nightslash. What moves should I try to get, or is it not worth the TMs ?

I used a TM to get double bug. Think it's more useful as a counter to psychics.

Double bug vs psiquic and dark
Double steel vs Lapras, this one has worked very fine for me in this match up.

I don't think this is true , it is SE to ice , neutral to water , so it is not double effective but effective once only

Double bug- once you get him to at least lvl 30 you will always want to use him. Such a monster and super cool looking.
