Same cp but different IVs

Hi guys, so i have 2 clafairys, im not going to power up neither of them, they both have 675 CP, but one is 80+ IV and the other is 50- IV. If i evolve both, the clefables will still have the same CP or because one is better IV it will gain more CP in the evolution?

They are probably just different levels.

Their relative CPs will change (but not by much) due to difference in the "distribution" of the stats. For example, clafairy's lowest stat is attack; whereas, clefable's lowest stat is def.
