Sacrificial lambs... how do you determine who they are?
I didn't used to worry about potions and revives because I had tons and wasn't hugely active with gyms.... that's completely changed now and I'm getting half as many revives and potions are before from stops. I see a lot here where people are talking about using any rubbish evolves as sacrifical lambs in taking down gyms, thus not having to use resources - should have thought about that before.
What criteria do you use in determine what would be sacrifices ... rubbish movesets, low Iv's, etc??

The only thing you need is Pokemon space...
Then you can use whatever crap you catch during the day ( > 400cp ) to prestige. Then is just fun to choose the right types and movesets from what you have when the time comes. Of course sometimes you need to use your elite prestigers but for the regular gyms and the regular non-really-defenders that trainers use... whatever pokemon works.
