There was a really bad-ass post at your post position, that's might be the reason people posting wrong replies.

In the upper right corner you can see the search field. Type the pokemon you want to know about there and check its page. Near the top of the page you will find an "attacker rating". It's not a perfect ranking, but it gives a good general idea. Sableye has 0/5, meaning it's garbage.

If you want to think for yourself, look at the pokemon's stats compared to others. You can go to the Pokemon List, pick a type and sort by attack stat. Sableye sits very far down when ranking ghost pokemon this way and if you look at its stats, you will find it's low on all three. Ie. it's garbage.
