For raids porpouses, how many Roserade do you recommend to power up? I currently have only one (and 3 FP Venusaurs)

Roserade is better as a poison attacker because it’s uncontested best. But that has limited purpose for now.

However same can be said for all grass attackers as electric and water attackers usually do the job better.

If you really have to power one I’d say do just one, and when later grass types come along that will dethrone roserade, TM it to poison.

Are there any Grass/Fairy potential raid bosses or gym defenders in future generations?

Wailmer, Buizel, Magikarp, Croconaw, Sandslash, Starmie, Sharpedo, Rhydon and Golem, they're all slaughtered by Roserade.

My point is that Grass/Fairy is the only type combination that is doubly weak to Poison. That is the only situation where Roserade is superior to the competition.

Superior in terms of Poison typing. Unless there's a Whimsicott raid in the future (Grass/Fairy type), poison isn't that useful in other situations. That's why I'll stick with the double-grass set or maybe Sludge Bomb as a secondary charge move for PVP.

I don't recommend you power up any Roserades atm, rather, wait and find a high IV Roselia in the wild and evolve that. I've found several high IV, weather boosted Rosies in the wild and now they are all fantastic Roserades with little to no investment.

Also, since Groudon is due for a return, don't power up any thing until it's confirmed. Roserade's the best counter against Solarbeam Groudon in clear weather alongside Venusaur so maybe 3 Roserades alongside your 3 Venusaurs. It'll be a great raid team.

That's exactly what I was trying to point out. If Groudon comes back, then my Rosie's will be absolute beasts against him. I maxed out a 100% Roserade and now I have a level 24 98% and a 96% one. I gotta say, I'm pretty satisfied with his performance. I did a Starmie raid today (They're really easy regardless) and I've beat it with 72 seconds left instead my usual 55.

Yeah, Roserade has the highest Grass dps in the game right now! It's just a little frail so it'll faint more often. So agasint raid bosses Roserade will provide the damage while Venusaur will provide the bulk.

Id only power up a really good iv shiny if you have one. Roseade isnt really that good to begin with for 2 reasons, 1 its a glass cannon with one bar moves as a grass attacker, and 2) the limited effectiveness of grass, ie water and electric besting grass unless grass is boosted by weather.

The glass cannon nature of roserade and solar beam do not mesh well as a grass attacker, leading to FP venusaur actually having higher true DPS in many cases do to lasting longer and wasting less energy.

As a poison type, yeah theres nothing there. Most fairy types learn psychic moves, and the only pokemon double weak to poison is tapu bulu in gen 7, at which point theres potentially going to be other poison attackers. and pokemon with the same weakness level to poison as other types, the other types outdamage poison and are much more wisely useful.

Against Groudon, Pokebattler TTW ranking suggests the top grass attackers against Solar Beam even without weatherboost. When the boss hits hard, resistances can make all the difference.
