Rock throw with golem...

You have listed that rock throw on golem gives 11eps whilst mud shot gives 8eps. How did you come to this calculation? I have checked on other sites and it states that rock throw gives 7 energy per use whilst mud slap gives 9. And with both attacks having practically the same speed how did you come to this calculation? I just used 80k stardust to power up a golem with rock throw primary thinking it would give more energy so i can use earthquake sooner and now i have a bad geeling i should have waited for a golem with mud slap...
