Don't judge the RNG based on only just a few tries.

I had two 100% Moltreses out of research in a row. And I don't think that was anything but a coincidence.

How are you 0/4 and 4/4? It's the 19th. Rewards switched at 4pm EST on the 1st. It's literally been 18 days. If you started on day 0, you'd still only be at 3 attempts...
