Has the gym had EX raids before? I remember seeing a post on Facebook of a Charmeleon raid in a park with 16 players.

I've had players join when there were T1 raids (2 real, but the others were spoofing or were in buildings, not sure, but they flocked to a T1 so I had to go private). But 4 on a fish? LOL

A lot of players still surprisingly don't know how to--or even that they can--make a private group.
Or maybe they were goofing around like a group of friends and I when we tried to do a Magikarp raid with only pokemon under 100cp.
