Rhydon or Gyarados

I have one charge TM left and am not sure whether to use it on a powered up 100iv Rhydon with mud slap/megahorn or use it on a powered up 96iv Gyarados with Twister in the hope it could land hydro pump and i can change to waterfall as i have several fast tms.

I’d go with the Gyrados. Its HP is one of the most savage attacks in the game.

Gyarados.

Far more usefull atm (far more usefull period ?)

Plus Rhydon gets another evolution in gen4, and with it, a moveset re-shuffle.

Gyarados

Have been using it non-stop since it now has double water attack moves.

Cheers. Ill save it for the Gyarados. However, if I use it on the twister i will only have a 1 in 3 chance of HP. If i use it on one of the ones with a current moveset it will be 50/50 I think.
