That looks about right as far as rewards go for a tier 3 raid. You'll typically get more items from a tier 4 or 5 raid (and hyper potions instead of super potions), and fewer from a tier 1 or 2 raid. TMs and rare candy are never guaranteed.

Yeah i was told in a raid today that at least the amount of Golden Razz was decreased for all raids for a little bit more stardust (just two and a half normal captures). It might help woth people spamming Golden razz to hold gyms though
