Reward for Longer Gym defense?
So ive had a bagon in a gym all day, and guarded by a blissey (I know, I hate blissey,as much as everyone else) and no one's knocked the bagon out, ive already gotten all my coins for today, but is there any other kind of reward or something for longer gym defense times like more XP or gym level ups or soemthing? ive heard something about that, but not enough to really know what exactly it is

Metagross, you're new here. HarryTipper and Mr. Ex777 were posters from months ago. HarryTipper constantly complained how bad the game is - seems that he got more pleasure out of complaining here than playing. Mr. Ex777 constantly complained that everything was hard, not fair, or wasn't how it should be.
Neither of these two has contributed to the boards recently. And I'm deliberately using 'contributed' loosely here.
As someone else mentioned, you'll get more XP towards your medal on that particular gym for being in it longer, but that's it. Or if it comes back tomorrow, you'll instantly get your 50 coins for the day.
I currently have a Chansey who's been hanging out in a gym for over 32 days now. One day, hopefully, I'll get her back. 😂
that´s why me and a few friends of mine have more than 1 acc
or other player on the same phone
so we can kick ourself out of the gym, when it is finished and would never change back
we have gyms, that are only 20min away from the city (100k people) and they hold for 50 days or more
if you want 200+ gold arena, you can´t waste that much time
