Revive/Potion ratio
Just checking to see if I am the only person getting an odd revive to potion ratio the last few weeks.
.
I have a lot more revives. Normally I seem to have a good balance so that I can revive, and the max all my battled pokemon with a combo of potions so that I run low on both fairly equally.
.
The last few weeks, I have been short on potions so that I revive and then battle with half health pokemon just to make use of the excess revives. I like having a full team obviously and this is especially annoying when prestiging in which my pokemon are already low CP.
.
Anyone else?

I would actually prefer that. It would encourage me to swap before they faint. As it is now, I am encouraged to suicide any low health pokemon in my last battle so I can at least boost them to 50%. It seems weird to do this as an effective strategy, but who wants to select 10% health pokemon next matchup?
I get what you saying, but I can still function with only revives. You don't know how many times I have tried to switch out a pokemon, only for it to not work, causing the game to stick in my last pokemon to take 1 more hit and then even another pokemon after that...I have lost 3 pokemon trying to switch out 1 more times than I can count.
I do see how it can be difficult to get an equal number because there are 4 types of potions and only 2 types of revives. I can see how those numbers could lead to messed up drop rates.
But I think we can all agree that it is a little absurd to have to spin pokestops for 2 hours just to do a little battling. I feel like Niantic is trying to keep battling to a minimum, but I'm not really sure what exactly that promotes. It seems to help spoofers, who can spin stops all day, a lot more than casual players that just want to battle some gyms. I would love a way to be able to test pokemon out in actual battle without having to worry about how I am ever going to heal them back up.
