So is the CP rebalance live in some region? In Europe all my mons still seem to have the usual stats.

It can still make a valuable member of the fighting team - to fill the last slot. Or unless your play style is a whole team of the strongest instead of diversity.

Still good, if you usually roll with 5 Machamps (6th is random mon to farm battles won count) as general gym smasher and low on potions. So can have back up crew of all Hariyamas. For the folks that dont sit on gyms at work and can get revives all day.
