Research Tasks - Clustering of Similar Tasks?

Have people noticed Research Task clusterings around their area?

Today, two side-by-side Pokestops gave out the identical "Battle 1 Gym - Horsea Encounter Reward" Research Tasks. This is the first time I've seen the identical task given out at adjacent Pokestops, but I regularly see things like "Hatch 1 Egg"/"Hatch 3 Eggs"/"Hatch 5 Eggs" all coming from a row of Pokestops, or "Battle in 1 Gym"/"Win 1 Gym Battle"/"Win 5 Gym Battles", all with different rewards. (I'm pretty sure that the 3rd Pokestop in the row today gave me a "Win 5 Gym Battles", but I wasn't paying close attention at the time)

It isn't a consistent thing, but regularly if I find a "Research Task Type A" at one Pokestop, I'm likely going to find the same sort of Research Task at other Pokestops in my immediate area. (As in, I can see the Pokestops on my screen - I'm not sure if that's an S14 level or some other S Level officially, but I can actually see them on my phone all at the same time.) Anyone else see that in their area as well?

I've not really noticed it, however I have seen:
A day where the neighborhood had a lot of "win a raid for a rare candy" quests (6 within a 20 min walk).
A day where the "evolve two Shellder for a Lapras" quest was clustered about 6 of them within a 5 minute walk of eachother.

Otherwise I see similar quests together, but they're common quests so I write it off as luck. Like two "power up a Pokemon 3 times" close to eachother doesn't really surprise me. I guess it happens pretty regularly though.

I have never seen Chansey quests beside eachother though. In fact, I haven't seen more than 1 Chansey quest in the same larger neighborhood in the same day (have seen one reported downtown and one reported in North Toronto, about 15km apart).

During the water event I recived 3 "win a raid=rare candy" In a row" The last few days I've been seeing more gym battling and buddy candy research in general.
