Offensive Move Explanation
The only way you will ever see use out of this Pokemon is with Metal Claw + Flash Cannon.
Rock Smash + Focus Blast can work as a Fighting-type double, but try to go for Metal Claw and Flash Cannon.

Registeel defines the phrase, "looks can be deceiving." Looking at it, you probably see a beast with a punishing Attack stat and brick-wall defenses. Unfortunately, only the tanky part is true, sporting an attack stat of only 143, and though its defensive stat is impressive, the other Regis beat it out by nearly 70 points. What's even worse is its overall Max CP is only 2261, which is the lowest among all Legendaries so far. In the metagame, Registeel is outclassed by Pokemon like Metagross, Aggron, and Scizor, all of them with better Attack stats and much better Max-CPs.

You cannot defend with it but it does not matter, because even if you defended with it it has a horrible defensive moveset. If it were to have iron head and can be placed in gyms it would be different, but at this state with these 1 bar moves it flatly does not work on defense.
I've powered this guy up to 30 just to see how bad it can be and it's not like anything its defense stat was stating of. When i used it in gyms i found out it was really frail unlike Regice. It can beat 3000+ cp dragonites but it needs serious dodging and you can't take down anything else with it after that, in other words it is not tanky at all. The only good thing is its moveset is easy to dodge with and it can indeed solo kirlia by itself.

I sneezed this morning, and what went into the kleenex could solo Kirlia.
Kirlia is a weak tier two raid, and it should only be a challenge for beginning players. Saying that a legendary can solo it as a good thing is setting the bar comically low.
