Regirock Guide vs Pokebattler

Okay so Pokebattler has Kyogre listed at a better counter even at level 35.

This site has Machamp listed as better (Unless 40 Ultra Kyogre)

Usually I don't see a disagreement between the chart here and the rankings there. Why this time?

try putting "zap cannon" as Regirock's charge move in pokebattler
and see if kyogre is still the best counter. I suspect no.

Zap Cannon hurts and Machamp resists Focus Blast. Stone Edge is the hardest to dodge, so anything weak to it isn’t recommended.

Machamp I don’t believe resist Focus Blast. It does resist Stone Edge however. Machamp is a beast against Regirock. More so than the others.

I have 4 manned every Regirock I’ve done, and Machamp usually comes out ahead. Most have had Zap Cannon, which even a level 40 Kyogre can’t handle two hits. Also, Machamp resists rock, so unless Regirock has Counter/Focus Blast, Machamp usually gets the same, if not more, damage in - with less investment.
