Region exclusive raid bosses?
Could the region exclusives become available as raid bosses? We know the legendaries are tier 5. Tyranitar and the like will be 4. I heard gengar is 3. I wonder if this could possibly be a way for people to obtain region exclusives. They could find themselves Appropriate for tiers 1 and 2. They would still be locked in the wild of course, but this could be a way to introduce them to people who don't have the means to travel. The slogan is gotta catch em all and that's impossible for some people as it stands ATM. Even if they eventually add trading most of those Pokémon that get traded will have been obtained illegally in the beginning anyhow. I've always though the region exclusives sounded great on paper but wished they would do away with it in the end. What are your thoughts?

That's why I said it's impossible IF you can't travel because you can't afford it and that many of the traded Pokémon would be illegal when trading does come out. Im aware of how it worked in the original blue and red as I played that too, however that was also a turn based RPG which is nothing like GO so saying that's how something worked in the original as a justification for how it should work in GO doesn't completely make sense.
That could be fun. I feel like after reading the Blurb on the Chicago event they might be there too. Something along the lines of "pokemon never before seen in this park". Sure it could just be legendary. But hey for a paid event it wouldn't kill Niantic to toss in an unown and a heracross.
That being said Heracross should totally be in Hawaii. All kine invasive stuff brought in. Please send Heracross out here already!
