Receiving a Evolution Item from 1st, 2nd, etc. PokeStop Streaks

I have a question, since the event start I have been receiving an Evo Item everyday from first pokestop streaks and they are not the 7th Day Pokestop Streak day. Meaning everyday I spin a PokeStop for the day, I will receive an Evo item. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this....

It would be even better if your coin-gym-collect was every 3 hours instead of 21 hours!
