Re-writing T3/T4 raid guides.

So, a lot of the tier 3 raid guides are outdated. Like, super outdated (the Jynx solo guide doesn't even mention Meteor Mash Metagross!)

They don't take into account gen 4 attackers, or the buff to SE damage, or sometimes even the stat rebalance.

I feel like the raid guides should be re-written, or at least reclassified in difficulty (e.g. moving a Jynx solo to Easy).

Additionally, there should be an Absol solo guide, with Extreme difficulty (yes i know absol isn't actually a current raid boss but sooner or later it will be rotated back in and then we can go wild)

I can understand not adding a tyranitar solo guide, as it not only requires a full team of 100% maxed machamp, but happens less than 1% of the time on GoBattleSim, and only on specific movesets.
