RC investment question

Sitting on a pile of 369 RC right now. It takes almost 1/3 of my bag space, so perhaps it's time to pump some out. As a non-hardcore trainer, stocking up this many RC takes me about a year so I don't want to waste them.

A little background on myself. There are a few legendaries that I missed, latios , latias, Ray and Regice. I'd like to save some RC for Ray, as it might come back soon with shiny version. For Kyogre, my first and only one for a long time has iv 87 131313 (ADS), which has been powered up to lv 35. Last 2 weeks I got a few more, but no good ivs. Two shinies cp 2313 and 2301, neither has 15 att. Two boosted with one 141013 and the other 101515, no good neither. I'm wondering if I should power up one of them or just max the lv 35 or do nothing.

Similar situation on Groudon. First 2 have been powered up to cp 3695 (141413 MS SB) and cp 3108 (121313 MS Eq). New obtained have no good, with the best being boosted 141411, and only shiny one being boosted 121510. Maybe I will wait for its signature move as there's no urgent use (with good substitutes).

As for M2, I have one SB M2 maxed out, with stat 151511. It serves well. Got another M2 with IB, powered up to lv 30, with stat 151215. Recently got a lucky SB M2 at lv 20, stat 141413. Now I have 0 M2 candy. I'm wondering if I should power up the lucky SB, or just buy the maxed one a new move (I don't see any crazy need for multiple SB M2 recently).

For some other good legendaries I have, it seems no need for Electric bird and beast (just past their golden age), no need for water/ice bird and beast (better ice coming and suicune is joke). My SA 151415 Moltres might need an OH to be a real star, but cost is too much maybe. Similar for my lv 20 151015 Lugia. Too much to buy a new move for only use in PvP (not a big fun yet). I also haven't powered up any Entei, but need one with good iv.

To sum up, my main focus is on either Kyogre or Mewtwo. I'm planning to save 200 RC for Ray and other potential urgent requirement. Please give some suggestions. Thanks!

I'd say that both mewtwo and kyogre are set. I've maxed out two kyogre, a 93 nonlucky and 91 lucky, both same distribution aside from the 91's 14 atk, and outside of groudon ive never noticed a need for my second kyogre

Groudon, agree not much of a need, without boosting weather, machamp is a lot better against dialga and rock types (though metagross is better than both at that) and Rhyperior's good enough as a sub for agaisnt electric types, its not a hardpressing loss to not have one. Waiting for the signature move too, heard its current sets good for PvP, but not much of a reward for PvP only.

Mewtwo, you've maxed the shadow ball one and if you have a lucky shadow ball one, i'd max that in a heartbeat.

Aside from that, i'd give moltres overheat, i feel its worth the cost. I gave my Sky attacker it and its fantastic at clearing gyms and was good against those metagross raids, as well as, assuming you dont have any overheat moltres already maxed/high level, a lot cheaper than powering another moltres up

I wouldn't worry about saving 200 RC for ray right now if you are planning on raiding, in the last two weeks in lobbies with 12+ people I got around 100 rarecandy out of not using more than the daily pass and few premiums

The SA Moltres is right now lv 31. I still have 69 Moltres candies in stock, so perhaps I can buy it a second move with 31 RC and hold power-ups to whenever needed?

First, you are way overestimating the importance of perfect IV's. 14/10/13, or 14/14/11 are fine IV's, and well worth powering up, if you want a mon of that species powered up. The breakpoint difference is one or two power-ups, and you will never notice a bulkpoint difference, due to variables that affect bulkpoints.

Second charge moves are really valuable for PvP, and to a lesser extent for fast gym clearing. They are not so important for raids, where, for example, you might be better off with a second SB Mewtwo. So, you should take into account how you play.

You can't go wrong with Mewtwo candies. Don't underestimate the value of IB Mewtwo, or buying a second charge move for a Mewtwo. You don't have to decide now, but it's a good place to park those candies.

I'd seriously consider buying a second charge move for that SA Moltres. SA is a great move, and no longer available. With OH as a second move, you'd have a very powerful, flexible pokemon.

I second the view of spending the candies on a second charge move. You need to decide if you value doing raids more or PVP more. When it comes to raids you will generally use specialized attackers, so a second charge move isn't needed. I would also look at pokemon that are "future proof." Pokemon like Mewtwo, Kyogre, and Groudon will always be top tier pokemon. I don't think you could go wrong giving them a second charge move just for the coolness aspect. Mewtwo has always been a personal favorite, so that will probably be the legendary I do first. It has a couple solid charge moves. Even a move like psychic would give you an elite psychic attacker.
