Rate my Ultra League team
Scizor (Lead)- Fury Cutter/X-Siccor
Electivire- Thunder Shock/Wild Charge
Giratina- Dragon Breath/Dragon Claw
I don't have any second moves unlocked because of how well it does already, but any suggestions to make it better. More importantly any counter teams you can think of would help me find where its weak.

Off the top of my head, the Scizor will be decimated by anything with a fire attack, and you don't have anything that hits fire types super effectively. A Groudon with fire blast would be a threat to your Scizor, while also double resisting your Electivire. A Typhlosion with SC/BB would also be a threat, with its SC hitting Giratina for super effectiveness, and blast burn menacing Scizor. A lick/earthquake Snorlax would be a nice counter as well, being strong against both Giratina and Electivire.
And neither Scizor nor Electivire have a good stat distribution for CP-capped leagues, as their relatively high attack stat overinflates their CP.
Edit: I just looked at my own pre-set ultra league teams, and one of them would, I believe, handle your team pretty easily. It consists of a Heatran with FS/SE, a Togetic with HP-dragon/AA, and a Sceptile with FC/EQ-AA.
I have another pre-set team with a RT/AP Golem, a FB/B Walrein, and a WA/AA Gliscor, that I think would also do well.
Thanks, I'll have to have my friends try those counters, so far I've lead with scizor and always switch when they bring out/lead fire type into my giratina, I know that gives them free range to hard counter my giratina, but I've always managed to come out of battle with a W, but they have been close. I'm not sure if my friends aren't as good at battling.
I love Scizor as a pokemon and have him in my ultra league team.
I lead with him as he is only weak to fire, and have x-scissor as threee bar charge with fury cutter to eat through shields.
I back him up with a Bite/Hydro Cannon + Ice Beam Feraligatr to cover the fire threat and a Frenzy Plant / Earthquake meganium to cover the electric/grass threat to feraligatr
