The Rarest Weather
I dont know if its just where I live or what, but I never see Windy weather, or Foggy for that matter. I really think theres two should be done away with and the pokemon they buff be put onto existing weather, like dragons on partially cloudy and having Clear weather at night going from buffing grass/fire/ground to dark and ghost, like 'night weather' or soemthing, or having weather do different buffs depending on if its night or day, or something.
I dont doubt theres places that get windy or foggy weather all the time, but my extension theres places that never get those kinds of weather, and when it does show up, it doesn't last long enough to really be of benefit

I live along a lake so wind isn't terribly uncommon. Fog is by and far the rarest weather, I've only seen it on a small handful of occasions. Snow is also likely to be rare or even nonexistent for some people depending on where they live. I think fog is the only one that should be reworked - is there somewhere in the world where fog would be a regular occurrence?
I've never seen foggy and most of the people I've talked to in my area have also seen it at most once or twice. It seems it has a low priorization, causing it to not appear in game even when it's actually foggy outside. I think they should have instead made separate nighttime weathers, so that ghost or dark are just added to the boosted types during the night.
Sorry but 33 levels in 4 months isn't particularly impressive nowadays. Depends on your location of course, in a rural setting, it's very good. In a city, not so much, plenty of people level their alts to 30+ in a month.
EXP just isn't a good meter anymore, you can be level 40 in a city and still be a casual who doesn't know anything about the game.
