Rarest Pokémon in the World?

So I was reading "The Rarest Pokemon in Pokemon Go" and was thrilled to find out that not only do I have it, I have it @100%!

I doubt I'll be trading it due to IV re-roll, but this had me thinking. The only rarer option out there would be exactly what I have except shiny, but I'm not too positive one even exists, particularly non-spoofed/botted.

So I ask the trainers of the world, anyone out there have a Perfect Shiny Santa Hat Pikachu with Present/Surf?

I don't think shiny santachu exist. They only released shiny partycu after Christmas.

I'm pretty sure shiny Pikachu already existed with "normal" shiny rate before the xmas event.

I think this is correct. Even if not, one could still hatch a shiny 100% santa Pichu (I hatched a shiny Pichu far before the Christmas event and evolved it, RIP), evolve it to Pikachu, and then TM it to get the end result. Doubtful such a thing exists but I would be honored to have my Santachu humbled by such an impossible rarity!

Shiny Pikachu yes, but special hat pikachu were not shiny until February. Same goes to Pichu, it could not be shiny with a hat until last Feb.

I'm pretty sure there are no reports of a shiny hat pikachu prior to feb. If there were it would have been easy to find.
Up to the last pikachu event, the main complaint was that with all those special pikachu around, they can't be shiny.

That's an amazing keeper, HumidPanda, congratulations!

The only rarer Pokemon I can imagine is a Halloween-hat shiny Pikachu with those moves and IV, mainly because the santa-hat Pikachu learned Present, but not the Halloween one unless TM'd. That, I can't believe it actually exists.

O don't agree with the conclusion. I do have a high iv Rock Blaziken, and an high iv shiny event Pikachu, a Hat-event-shiny-Pichu would be the rarest pokemon IMO.

My understanding is that Raichus caught wild during hat events do not have the hat. At least they didn't in the first Santa hat event. So, I would think a Raichu with a "born on" date during a hat event, but with no hat, would be extremely rare.
