Rare Articuno

I just caught a shiny Articuno with an IV rating of 82.2 from a research reward bonus! This is my second legendary pokemon I have ever caught, so this seems very lucky. Is this rare, or a normal thing with legendary pokemon?

If you complete a daily research task, you will get a legendary Pokemon every week even without raiding. Shiny Articuno is rare, the IV is average.
