Random Eevee evolutions

If evolving Eevee without using a name trick or having it walk with you as your buddy, what are the probabilities of getting each evolution? Is it still just 1/3 for each of Vaporeon, Joteon, and Flareon? Is it 1/5 for each of those as well as Umbreon and Espeon? Something else? Thanks.

from what ive heard you have to walk for espi and umbri. straight evolutions result in the origional 3
